1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the use of the Nerdeydi application and web service provided by Kanguru Teknoloji LTD. ŞTİ. By using the application you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Nerdeydi lets you code and label your boxes, photograph their contents, list items and search for them. AI item extraction is a suggestion: the model may misname or miscount objects or point to the wrong place in the photo. Suggestions are confirmed by you before they are saved and can be edited afterwards.
3. Accounts and households
- Your account is yours; do not share your sign-in details.
- The person who creates a household is its owner; members added with an invitation code see and edit every record in that household. Whom you invite is your responsibility.
- The owner can remove members and delete the household.
4. Plans, subscriptions and limits
The free plan has limits on the number of households, boxes, items, members, photos, videos and monthly AI extractions. The current plans, limits and prices are shown in the application and at nerdeydi.com.
Paid plans (Pro, Aile and İş) are sold only through the App Store or Google Play as auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscriptions. We never see or store your payment details.
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds for unused time are subject to the store's rules.
- Prices may vary by country and store. Price changes are announced before renewal in accordance with the store's rules.
- One subscription covers the purchased household and the other households the buyer owns, up to the plan's household count. The box, item, photo, video, member and AI limits apply to the total of those households. The person who buys the subscription does not have to be the household owner.
When a subscription ends, a payment fails or the household moves to a smaller plan, the household returns to the limits of the new plan. Boxes, items, photos and members above the limit are not deleted. They become passive and stay closed until the household is upgraded again. The owner chooses which boxes stay open. When a payment fails, a warning is shown in the application for the store's grace period plus 7 more days, and nothing becomes passive during that time. Your data is never held hostage. Export is available on every plan.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to store unlawful content, access other people's data without permission, overload the system or reverse-engineer it. Do not send people's faces or documents to AI extraction; the model may refuse such photos.
6. Limitation of liability
Nerdeydi is a tool that helps you keep track of your inventory; the completeness and accuracy of the records depend on what you enter. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost belongings, data loss or indirect damage. We recommend exporting your data regularly.
7. Changes and termination
We may improve the service, change features or discontinue it with reasonable notice. On discontinuation you will be given time to export your data.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
